Eijan’s Recommendation–Opera Browser *The Best Web Browser hands down (Also a Review)*

I recently changed browser from Orca and Chrome to just one browser which is Opera. I was looking for a browser that has the features of Orca/Avant that I really liked and the performance of Chrome. I really liked Orca (have been using it for 4 years) because it makes my browsing experience a lot easier with its address nickname features, its online password storage and mouse gestures. But with its aging engine (Firefox 3.0), I’m starting to feel its downside with the newer sites that uses the latest CCS and HTML commands and keeps on crashing with multiple tabs streaming videos (about 10 – 15 websites at once). I decided to move all my bookmarks and passwords to chrome because of its performance with the newer sites but I was quickly turned off because of the lack of features and stupid plug-ins.

Manchester United 2 vs. Chelsea 1 (2nd Leg UCL)–The One Where Carlo Ancelloti is in trouble with the Roman Empire

The Korean Sensation
Like the first leg, this game was thrilling from end to end. Chelsea was looking for the win as they gambled with Fernando Torres starting over the lethal Didier Drogba. The game turned exciting late when Chelsea scored an equalizer and just needed one more goal to advance to the semi final, but they were caught with their pants down as Manchester United was back in the lead aminute after.
Shakhtar 0 vs. Barcelona 1 (2nd Leg UCL)–The One Where Barcelona Was All Business

I decided not to do a analysis on the first leg of this matchup because it was completely a one sided affair, and it seems hard to write an analysis that is full of praises at one team.
The second game was much closer compared to the first leg as Shakhtar pressured Barcelona’s defense. It was a gutsy performance by the Ukrainian side but alas, in the end, it was still a Barcelona victory

Eijan’s Recommendation–Logitech G510 Gaming keyboard (Also Review!!)

* Unboxing video is here
I was looking for a new gaming keyboard for a while now, I was really disappointed with my past keyboard, the OCZ Alchemy Elixir, it had faulty software with Windows 7 and just plain bad hardware design especially its polling algorithm.
So I was researching for keyboard, there are few simple rules I follow when buying a keyboard, 1) Never buy a Razer Product (I Simply hate Razer products, their product is over expensive, the so called feature(s) can easily be found on a cheaper hardware *and works much better than Razer's, Software and Hardware are faulty and does not work well) *Don’t believe me, ask the forums, not those Razer fan boy forums, of course they will defend Razer because they are the few who bought it and had to live with their poor choice. 2) It should have tons of Macro buttons, If you haven't use macros, you are truly missing out. 3) It should have a backlight, I rarely turn the lights up on my room. 4) It should have Media Control Buttons, I don't like having to exert myself to use a mouse then point the pointer to those small media buttons just to pause or stop a movie I’m watching.
A keyboard that meets my requirements
Fun Stuff- Doing some video editing with Adobe After Effects

* I was playing around with my sister’s cheap HD camera, those camera that can upload to YouTube immediately just using Wi-Fi
* My cousin and I decided to shoot some kick ass video and I decided to record some cool star wars inspired scene
*After months sitting inside my HD, and being bored, I decided to edit the video using Adobe After Effects
Here is the Unedited Video:
After 30 minutes or so editing, here is the outcome
That’s all for now
Peace Out

Chelsea 0 vs. Manchester United 1 (UCL 1st Leg)–The One Where Angry Rooney Caused Panic at Stamford Bridge

As I predicted, this match was the most competitive among all the quarter final matches. Both of these team are evenly matched from the defense to the offense, and usually a bad performance from 1 player is enough to separate both sides. And unfortunately this was the case, Bosingwa played an average game but he was caught sleeping in one moment and that led to the goal for the Red Devils. One thing that caught my eye is that the Red Devils were superior in the midfield as the ageless Ryan Giggs and Carrick pick apart the Chelsea Midfield with their slick passing and smart runs which was rewarded with the lone goal of the game, a nice lob pass to Giggs by Carrick and Giggs finding an open Rooney for the goal. And once again, Wayne Rooney proved again that (in my opinion) he is the best striker around, as he troubled the Chelsea defense with his size and strength and also his ability to find open teammates.

A Hungry Rooney is maybe, the best player in the world

Real Madrid 4 vs. Tottenham Hotspurs 0 (UCL 1st Leg)–The One Where Peter Crouch is the BIGGEST Loser

This game was done after the 15th minute, as Tottenham were only able to produce 1 good chance after Peter Crouch was sent off. As expected, Real Madrid was too much for Harry Redknapp’s boys as they were toy around by the Los Blancos. The 2nd half was like seeing an amateur team against a professional team as Tottenham did nothing offensively but defend to no avail as they conceded 4 goals.

Goodbye Crouch, Goodbye Spurs
Inter 2 vs. Schalke 5 (UCL 1st Leg)- The One Where Italian Defense is Now A Myth

I was in awe when I was watching this match, Schalke dominated the second half by pushing the ball on the flanks with no support from Inter’s attacking midfielders, it was left to Julio Cesar and his Defense to stop Schalke’s attack, which by the way, resulted to one of the worst defensive performance this season. Inter’s defense was unorganized, slow and was simply overpowered by the small Schalke’s offense. Raul turned back time and channeled his prime form, and Edu, the former Suwon Bluewing, was the best player in the game with 2 nice goals to his credit.

Italian defense, where!?!
News–Anonymous is Threatening Sony (video)

A group of hackers is threating Sony that they will hack their website and the PlayStation store.

It seems that Anonymous is demanding that Sony would allow free distribution of information, in other words, allow piracy and jailbreaks.

This is a response by Anonymous to Sony’s action against George Hotz (legal actions), the one who first cracked the internal gates of the PS3.
